Jessica Kerr, MPH, is a Quality Improvement Consultant in the Department of Pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital. She provides leadership and expertise in managing projects related to process improvement, efficiency, and increasing patient safety by employing quality improvement methodologies such as rapid cycle testing and process mapping. She also helps develop and analyze real-time measures to drive improvement. At Boston Children’s, Jessica works with the Divisions of Endocrinology, Nephrology, Infectious Diseases, Developmental Medicine, Genetics and Genomics, the Children’s Hospital Inpatient Service (CHIPS), Children's Hospital Primary Care Longwood and Primary Care at Martha Eliot, and the Complex Care Service (CCS). In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling and eating ice cream.
