Gloria Stone Plottel, MS, MBA, CPHQ, CPXP is the Founder of GSPsquared LLC, a consultancy that works with healthcare companies to develop and implement strategies and infrastructure in operations, patient experience and communications. Gloria brings two decades’ experience developing and implementing programs that achieve goals. She serves on national and regional boards focused on quality and patient experience. Her clients include Mass General Brigham, Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute, AtriusHealth and others. Gloria is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and a Certified Patient Experience Professional.
Haley Friedler, MPH is an Epidemiologist at OM1 where she supports the design and implementation of health analytics studies. Prior to returning to school for her Masters, Haley worked in quality improvement as a Program Coordinator at Boston Children's Hospital. She earned her MPH from the Boston University School of Public Health with concentrations in Epidemiology & Biostatistics and Health Communication & Promotion, and holds a Bachelors in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry and Biology from Wesleyan University.
Haley Friedler is the current NEAHQ President. She joined the organization and Board of Directors in 2018 (then MAHQ), has co-chaired the Membership Committee, has served on the Program and Governance & Leadership Committees, and chaired the Website Development Subcommittee.

Primarily responsible for regulatory readiness and Pay-for-Performance programs, including electronic clinical quality measures. On the Board of Directors of the New England Association for Healthcare Quality (NEAHQ) since 2006. Qualified instructor for Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) examination preparation courses. Prior experience in critical care, nursing management, case management, risk management and quality management in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
