Jennifer Fexis serves as the Vice President for Quality, Education and Ancillary Services in a pediatric specialty hospital located in the Brighton neighborhood. In this position, she is responsible for the overall organization and strategic direction for the organization’s quality and safety, special education, diagnostic and facilities teams. Her focus includes the development, implementation, and coordination of programs and initiatives that support an integrated approach to quality and safety across the organization. She serves as a resource to our leaders, and utilizes her considerable skill set to embed continuous improvement into the fabric of the organization, and ensure consistent compliance with accreditation and licensure regulations.
Jen brings to this position extensive experience as a quality professional in several settings including a multi-hospital system. Jen earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Studies from the Southern New Hampshire University and her Master of Science Degree in Business Administration - Project Management. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and serves as a board member for several not-for-profit organizations.
