The operating system has been deployed across 18 hospitals and achieved measurable results: a 12% increase in team engagement, a 6% rise in Inpatient Likelihood to Recommend, a 57% reduction in serious safety events, and a reduction in cost per case mix adjusted discharge resulting in a swing in operating margin from -1.2% to +6.6%.
