This session explores how a well-structured “Good Catch” program can dramatically improve patient safety culture and system reliability. Drawing from a case study at Texas Children’s Hospital, we’ll examine how redesigning processes and engaging frontline teams in hazard reporting led to measurable increases in safety engagement and actionable insights. Attendees will leave with tools to strengthen their own Good Catch programs and practical strategies for turning near-misses into powerful catalysts for improvement.
