Cindy Hamilton, MA, CPHA, CPC
A previous board member of the Oregon Association for Healthcare Quality, Cindy now serves on the Test Development Team for the CPHQ Exam. She is well-versed in the process to develop questions for the exam as well as the rigor involved to ensure effective, fair and meaningful exams. Cindy obtained her Bachelor of Arts at California State University Fullerton, and her Master of Arts from the University of Kansas.
Attendees will learn how the CPHQ Exam is developed, how potential CPHQ Exam questions are reviewed, revised or discarded, and learn how the NAHQ Content Outline informs the development of the CPHQ Exam.
This program is pending approval for 1.5 CE hours for CPHQ® recertification credit.
