About the Speaker:
Richard Cinfio of Premier Risk Solutions
A frequent public speaker at the local and national level on Workplace Violence with extensive experience in healthcare, academics and law enforcement. Rich is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, WestPoint Leadership Academy, Command College, and WestPoint Leadership Program. Rich is trained in the principles of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTDE) and successfully completed the Gavin Debecker Threat Assessment and Waver 21 Threat Assessment Programs and developed The First 15-Minutes Program designed to enable anyone to initiate a command post within 15-minutes.
