Presenter: Tina Schoen MBA BSN RN NEA-BC CPHQ FACHE Director, Performance Improvement at Atrium Health, now part of Advocate Health Tina Schoen has been in healthcare for over 25 years, with almost half of that time in a variety of Leadership positions within Atrium Health, now a part of Advocate Health, in Charlotte, NC. Ms. Schoen is a Quality Director for Performance Improvement with Atrium Health. She has responsibility for quality outcomes for the Atrium Health Musculoskeletal Institute, Neurosciences Institute, General Surgery, Women’s Health, Adult Medical Specialties, Continuing Care and 7 acute care hospitals.
