Speaker: Carrie Donovan, MSAS CPHQ | Quality Director, Banner Health Wyoming Medical Center Ms. Donovan has worked in healthcare quality since 2003 and currently employed with Banner Health in Wyoming and is also an adjunct instructor for the Jefferson School of Population Health Masters in Healthcare Quality and Safety program. She mentors individuals seeking their CPHQ certification. Her healthcare career began in the laboratory over 30 years ago and since that time, Ms. Donovan has worked in quality, risk, patient safety, infection prevention and emergency preparedness.
