1. Describe the role of AI governance in healthcare and the importance of quality professionals in AI oversight.
2. Identify common risks associated with AI in healthcare systems and how to monitor them effectively.
3. Apply the CLEAR framework (Controls, Leadership, Ethics, Auditability, Responsibility) to evaluate AI tools.
4. Demonstrate how quality professionals contribute to AI governance by asking the right questions and analyzing system safety.

About the Speaker:
29 years in healthcare and always willing to embrace innovative technology having been one of the first paramedics in her department to use 12-lead EKGs in the field (back in the day). Carolyn sees the benefits that AI and ChatGPT can bring to our quality practice and wants to pave the way for us to learn how it works, discover the potential possibilities while also understanding its shortcomings.
