About the Speakers
Lauren Hartwell, MPH has been a healthcare quality improvement professional since 2011, and previously held multiple roles at Boston Children’s Hospital as a Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator, QI Data Analyst, and QI Consultant. Lauren currently works as a Senior Program Manager for Population Health Management at Point32Health, where she uses both QI and project management methodology to implement, evaluate, and improve population health and clinical programs. Lauren also serves on the Board for the New England Association for Healthcare Quality (NEAHQ). She received a Master of Public Health from the Boston University School of Public Health in 2018.
Alyson Mitchell is a healthcare quality professional with 20 years of industry experience including quality improvement, operations, and training. Aly is currently a business analyst with Community Care Cooperative (C3), a MassHealth Accountable Care Organization created by Federally Qualified Health Centers. Her most recent previous roles include Quality Transformation Consultant with UnitedHealth Group and Health System Director, Ambulatory Quality with Covenant Health.
