About our Speaker:

Lauren Krouskoff is a Training Specialist at Tufts Health Plan.  As a team member in Corporate Learning & Development, Lauren works with the internal customers to identify and develop professional and leadership training programs designed to support the strategic goals of the organization. 

Prior to joining Tufts Health Plan, Lauren worked as a Content Consultant and Project Specialist Manager at Vantage Partners, a management consulting and training services firm based in Boston. 

 Lauren has had extensive experience working with internal and external clients to design and deliver learning solutions, specifically for mid-level managers and global leaders. She has created and customized courses on change management, influence, trust, and emotional intelligence, and has developed detailed playbooks for high-stakes negotiations. 

 Lauren holds a BA in Peace and Justice Studies from Tufts University where she graduated Cum Laude and as a member of the Honos Civicus Society.  She also co-founded Us & Them: Conversing Across the Political Spectrum, and works to promote dialogue in local communities and on college campuses during her free time.
