NCAHQ presents Leadership and Strategy in Quality Management

 Speaker:

 Janet Draughn, DNP, MSHS, RN, CSSBB, CPHQ is the Vice President of Quality for the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist area of the Advocate Health enterprise. Dr. Draughn has developed data collection and management systems that are used to establish the organization’s quality strategies and goals. She collaborates with clinical and operational leaders and has provided consultative support to the governing body, enterprise executives, and clinical leaders at all levels. Currently, in addition to leading the quality division for the Wake Forest area, Dr. Draughn is developing dashboards to display critical quality data for the NC/GA Division of Advocate Health and for the Advocate Health Enterprise.
