4.Identify the risk associated with AI use in healthcare
5.Calculate prioritization of risks for mitigation
6.Identify protective measures and risk mitigation strategies if choosing to use AI in a healthcare organization
About the speaker:
Susan L. Boldt, MS CPHQ CHC
For 19 years, Ms. Boldt has worked in the areas of performance and quality improvement, accreditation, compliance, and patient safety. She has worked in psychiatric settings for children, adolescents, and young adults, payers in one of Oregon’s Coordinated Care Organizations, a Federally Qualified Health Center working directly with providers, payers, and accrediting organizations, and currently with Qualiance Healthcare Consulting, providing consultation services to providers, clinics, and payers on quality measurement and management, performance improvement, root cause analysis, compliance, including policy and procedure development, and accreditation preparation. Ms. Boldt earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Southern Oregon University. She earned her CPHQ certification in 2017, and CHC designation in May 2024. She currently serves as the President of the Oregon Association.
