 and its expectations for integrating quality and patient safety oversight 
 into compliance programs. 2. Identify where compliance and quality 
 intersect to improve outcomes\, reduce risk\, and strengthen reliability. 
 3. Apply collaboration strategies between Compliance\, Quality\, and 
 Safety to detect issues early\, mitigate risk\, and improve performance. 
 Speakers: Allison Gnilka\, MA\, CHC\, CPHQ Allison is Associate Vice 
 President of Hospital Compliance Operations at Advocate Health\, 
 overseeing Hospital Compliance Directors across a multi-state system. She 
 sets systemwide compliance strategy and governance\, strengthening 
 regulatory readiness\, program effectiveness\, and consistent execution 
 across hospitals. Alli Sajdak Hetzel Alli is Vice President of Compliance 
 Operations at Advocate Health\, leading enterprise compliance operations\,
  investigations\, and program execution across a complex multi-state 
 system. A Nurse Practitioner\, she brings a patient-centered\, data-
 informed approach that bridges regulatory expectations with operational
