  participants to understand the types of accreditation and regulatory 
 visits that may occur virtually and the implementation strategies to 
 manage a virtual accreditation survey. About The Presenters Khaliah 
 Fisher-Grace PhD\, MSN\, RN\, CPHQ\, PCCN-K Khaliah Fisher-Grace is the 
 System Director of Accreditation for the University Hospitals Health 
 System. In her previous role\, she served as the Principal Advisor of 
 Accreditation and University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in 
 Cleveland\, Ohio\, and was responsible for leading the hospital's 
 accreditation and regulatory activities. Jennifer Gonzalez\, MSN\, RN\, 
 APRN\, AGCNS-BC Jennifer Gonzalez is a Clinical Nurse Specialist for 
 University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland\, Ohio. 
 Jennifer is currently functioning in the Magnet Program Director role 
 where she is responsible for creating programs and processes to achieve 
 Nursing Excellence
